On December 19, 2025, Everland Group solemnly held the Inauguration Ceremony for Phase 1 (Towers A & B) of the Crystal Holidays Harbour Vân Đồn resort-entertainment complex in the Vân Đồn Special Economic Zone, Quảng Ninh Province. This is one of the key projects honored with a plaque commemorating the 14th National Party Congress, reflecting its significant political, economic, and social implications for both Quảng Ninh and the Vân Đồn SEZ.
