Previously, Everland Group and Panasonic Electric Works Vietnam (PEWVN) had collaborated in supplying electrical and lighting equipment for tourism and resort real estate projects developed and operated by Everland. Through this cooperation, the two parties established strong mutual understanding and alignment in vision, development strategy, and shared values.

The newly signed agreement opens a new chapter in the partnership between the two companies. Under the agreement, PEWVN commits to serving as a strategic partner accompanying Everland Group in providing technical and technological consultancy from the design stage, as well as supplying electrical, electronic, and lighting systems for new projects invested in by Everland and its subsidiaries.

In particular, PEWVN will focus on advanced technological solutions and smart, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly electrical and lighting products, in line with Everland’s sustainable development orientation. As a strategic partner of Panasonic, Everland Group will receive preferential commercial policies and after-sales service terms from PEWVN.

Conversely, Everland Group will facilitate PEWVN’s access to participate in technical and technological consultancy for projects invested in by the Group, and to propose competitive packages of electrical, electronic, and lighting equipment that ensure optimal quality and efficiency. The two parties also agreed to share information, products, and brand images for communication and promotional purposes in the Vietnamese market.

By selecting PEWVN as a strategic partner in project development, Everland Group once again affirms its consistent commitment to sustainable real estate development. Beyond ensuring strict legal compliance in investment activities, Everland pays close attention to every project detail and component to guarantee the highest quality standards and deliver the best possible experience to customers.
