On December 19, 2025, Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company (a member of Everland Group) solemnly held the inauguration ceremony and official plaque installation recognizing Phase I (Towers A and B) of the Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don Tourism, Resort and Entertainment Complex as a commemorative project celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Amidst the vibrant development of Van Don's tourism sector, the Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don project has made significant progress, officially topping out its two towers, The Victory (A) and The Oasis (B), on October 26, 2024. This milestone sets the stage for the project's operational launch in the third quarter of 2025.​
