Initiated in April 2022, Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don has swiftly become a prominent highlight on the Northern Vietnam resort real estate map. Strategically located with a "mountain-back, sea-facing" orientation along the Bai Tu Long Bay, the project boasts a total investment exceeding VND 5,500 billion. It comprises five towers inspired by renowned cruise ship brands, resembling sails catching the wind towards the sea.
The Victory and The Oasis towers, ranging from 28 to 34 floors, feature hotel rooms and resort-style apartments designed in the "Resort Apartment" concept. Following their structural completion, these towers will enter the finishing phase, aiming to commence Phase 1 operations in 2025. This progress underscores Everland's commitment to international construction standards and its dedication to establishing a new resort landmark in Van Don, enhancing the region's appeal on the tourism map and offering substantial opportunities for investors interested in high-end resort real estate.
Upon completion and operation, Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don is poised to become a premier resort destination in the area, ready to welcome domestic and international travelers seeking a vibrant, upscale lifestyle immersed in the pristine natural heritage. The project will also significantly augment the currently limited supply of high-end accommodation and resort services in Van Don, thereby expanding the region's capacity to host tourists during peak seasons.
Notably, the project will be managed and operated by Centara Hotels & Resorts, one of the world's leading hotel and resort management brands. This partnership ensures that Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don will deliver world-class resort services meeting international standards.
To commemorate the topping-out of these two iconic towers, Everland Van Don has launched a "Customer Appreciation" program offering attractive incentives, providing a unique investment opportunity for potential investors.
These concurrent events have further energized the already dynamic real estate market, enhancing competitiveness and driving regional development momentum.
