On June 20, 2026, at Ly Son Special Zone, Quang Ngai Province, Everland Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: EVG) officially broke ground on the Crystal Holidays Heritage Ly Son project. The event marks another significant milestone for Everland in its journey as a sustainable real estate developer and a pioneer in creating integrated tourism and hospitality ecosystems that celebrate Vietnam's cultural heritage.

The year 2026 is expected to be a pivotal milestone for Van Don as the area moves toward establishing a new-generation Special Economic Zone with distinctive mechanisms and policies designed to remove bottlenecks, address development challenges, and strengthen regional and international competitiveness. At the same time, Van Don is gradually benefiting from a more open legal and policy framework aimed at attracting investment and promoting key economic sectors, particularly tourism infrastructure, logistics, and clean marine industries.

On February 2, 2026, in Hanoi, Everland Group held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement on the development of real estate projects with Panasonic Electric Works Vietnam (a member of the global Panasonic Group). On December 19, 2025, Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company (a member of Everland Group) solemnly held the inauguration ceremony and official plaque installation recognizing Phase I (Towers A and B) of the Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don Tourism, Resort and Entertainment Complex as a commemorative project celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
