To capitalize on these opportunities and achieve that ambition, the Group has established the following five key goals:

Consolidating the organizational apparatus and personnel

This is the most important goal for Everland's development in the coming period. Specifically, the Group's and its member companies' senior personnel will be consolidated and innovated to keep pace with the Group's ever-expanding scale and field of business, providing new drive for growth. The Group will promote recruitment with flexible policies and attractive remuneration in order to attract talents and develop high- quality human resources.

Accelerating the development of real estate projects

In 2022, the Group and its member companies will accelerate the implementation of legally- qualified projects, including Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don (Quang Ninh); Crystal Holidays Marina Phu Yen and Xuan Dai Bay Commercial Service and Tourist Resort Complex (Phu Yen); Crystal Holidays Heritage Ly Son (Quang Ngai); Everland Park Entertainment and Commercial Complex (Khanh Hoa); Flower World Sa Dec (Dong Thap).

Everland will also continue to research and propose planning for new real estate projects, with a focus on urban or urban & tourism real estate projects in prime locations such as Hoa Binh, Vinh Phuc, and Lam Dong. Everland's long-term goal is to become a large-scale, reputable, and leading professional real estate developer in Vietnam over the next five years.

Quickly recovering the trading – services segment

Crystal Holidays (an Everland member company) will accelerate its plan to become the first travel agency in Vietnam to organize travel tours based on fully digitized applications, from booking to paying for rooms and services, in anticipation of the tourism market's recovery following the Covid-19 pandemic. Crystal Holidays' travel products and services are highly competitive and appealing due to their leading advantage in the timeshare industry with an affiliate system of 1,000 hotels in Vietnam and more than 100,000 hotels globally.

Accelerating digital transformation & IT application

EVG aims to complete the digital transformation of the Group's and its member companies' entire management and operation processes by 2022 in order to improve work efficiency and catch up with the global trend. EVG will also collaborate with Ztudium, a UK-based technology corporation, to create the largest blockchain-based project in Vietnam and the region to digitize the real estate and tourism ecosystems. With this project, EVG will be, not only Vietnam’s, but also the world’s, pioneer in digitizing real estate and tourism.

Building a solid financial foundation

According to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders, Everland Group will complete the public offering of additional shares in 2022 to increase charter capital. In addition, other capital mobilization channels, such as bond issuance, bank borrowing, and capital from investment funds and foreign investors, will be used. Furthermore, Everland Group will select strategic partners with strong financial capabilities to hold the Group’s shares and accompany it in the implementation of real estate and tourism projects in accordance with international practices.

With the key goals identified above, as well as the determination, consensus, and unwavering leadership of the Group's management, 2022 will undoubtedly be a successful year, marking the Group's breakthrough development in all fields.
