Everland Group Commences Construction of a Commercial and Tourism Complex Worth Over VND 700 Billion
Xuan Dai Bay Investment Joint Stock Company, a member of Everland Group, has officially commenced the construction of the Xuan Dai Bay Commercial, Service, and Resort Complex in Song Cau Town, Phu Yen Province. The project covers an area of 7.32 hectares with a total investment of VND 786 billion.

During the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thuc Can, General Director of Everland Group and Chairman of the Board of Xuân Dài Bay Investment Joint Stock Company, stated that the project has met all legal requirements to begin construction. This event is also part of the celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of Phú Yên Province's liberation.

The complex will feature a 4-star hotel with 205 rooms, 30 resort villas, 49 bungalows, and 32 shophouses, along with comprehensive infrastructure, landscaped gardens, water features, and auxiliary facilities.

Mr. Can emphasized that the project aims not only to preserve and enhance the scenic and historical value of Xuan Dai Bay but also to transform the tourism infrastructure of Song Cau Town. It is expected to elevate the region's tourism profile, attract more visitors, create employment opportunities, and contribute to the local economy.

He further expressed the investor's commitment to mobilizing all resources and collaborating with reputable contractors to ensure the project's timely completion with the highest standards of safety and quality. Additionally, Everland Group plans to accelerate the implementation of the Crystal Holidays Marina Phu Yen project in Vung Lam, aiming to establish a leading 4-6 star resort complex in the province.

At the ceremony, Mr. Le Tan Ho, Vice Chairman of the Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged the significant efforts made to reach this milestone. He noted that the project, approved in principle in 2020, has overcome numerous challenges related to legal procedures and land clearance to commence construction by April 1.

Mr. Ho highlighted the project's strategic location adjacent to Xuan Dai Bay—a nationally and globally recognized bay—and its convenient access via National Highway 1. He also mentioned the upcoming completion of the North-South Expressway in September 2025 and the potential for future high-speed rail and waterway connections, which will further enhance the project's accessibility and appeal.

He expressed confidence that the project's success will significantly contribute to the development of Phu Yen's tourism sector, promote the province's brand to domestic and international visitors, and drive socio-economic growth in the region.
