Trading - Services serves as a driving force for dynamic development, allowing the Group and its member companies to optimize resources and increase business efficiency. Everland Group's trading activities will primarily aim to connect and support the construction and real estate segments, as it will import and supply building materials, supplies, and equipment. Cement, iron, steel, paving stones, imported bricks and tiles, sanitary ware, profile steel, aluminum frames, and construction glass remain the main trading items. Meanwhile, Services will primarily focus on value-added services to effectively exploit and increase utilities for the Group's urban real estate projects, resorts, accommodation facilities, and tourism infrastructure, such as:
- Hotel management
- Food and beverage
- Commercial centers, outlets, shopping malls
- Entertainment
- Cruises
- Golf courses
- Exploitation of tourism infrastructure (ports, beaches, etc.)
